- MAIN PURPOSE Uphold the globalised image & standard of the Maison in the region's physical footprints. Assist teams to monitor the quality and excellence of VM in the region of East CN, including but not limited to boutiques, POS & events, through regular on-site implementation & adjustment with local needs in mind. Support new openings and renovations from preparation through completion. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Monitor VM quality & excellence Visit regional stores in priority & on a weekly basis to ensure a high level of excellence On-site implementation & adjustment according to SH HQ team's recommendation & commercial requirements Handle relevant VM matters in the region i.e. monthly PLV replenishment order 2. Support boutique & POS daily operations Implement VM on-site (window, lightbox visual, in-store props, hot spot, lighting adjustment & etc.) Support Assistant VE Manager East CN in store visit reporting, database update and delivering VM guidance to boutique VM ambassadors Liaise and work with SDP / store teams on maintenance and professional photo shooting 3. In & out of store animation setup & adjustment? Implementation of VM institutional / seasonal animation in-store (boutique and watch POS) Work hand in hand with CVE team on window and event installation schedule & setup On-site support of event setup and liaise with SH HQ CVE team on events set-up COMPETENCIES A minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in luxury retail, watch & jewellery is a plus Bachelor's degree or above in art, design, visual communication or related background Pro-active, detail-oriented with strong ownership of work and dedication Curious, energetic, passionate about VM and has a sense of purpose Willing to travel across East CN frequently with ＞ 80% in the field Good interpersonal & communication skills Fluent in Chinese and workable English
